Why should I register?

By registering you are creating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Registering allows you to purchase items without having to enter your full information every time, and also gives you the option to be notified of special savings, new items, etc. Sign up today and become an AccessoryCityOnline.com member!

How do I register?

Simply click on Log in and you will be provided with a form to fill out with your shipping information.

What if I forget my password?

If you ever forget your password, click on Reset my password to obtain a new password. It will be sent to the e-mail address you registered with. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you registered with you will need to create a new account.

Item Availability?

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site. Occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, it will be reflected on your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

What credit cards do you accept?

AccessoryCityOnline.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Accessory City Gift Cards. Be sure to enter your exact billing information (first and last name, middle initial, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and cvv)

Do you have a minimum purchase?

No, there is no minimum purchase required for online shopping.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to residents in AL, AR, KS, LA, OK, and TX unless it is for resale. All other recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for you package and a link to UPS where you may use that tracking number.

How can I modify my order?

Be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

How will my order be delivered and when should I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12:00am CST will begin processing the next day and will be shipped out within 48 to 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground delivery. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND unless otherwise noted. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, or HOLIDAYS.

AccessoryCityOnline.com does not ship to not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.

What gift wrap/box services do you offer?

Currently AccessoryCityOnline.com does not offer any gift wrap/box service. Please check back at a later date!

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

Gift cards are available for purchase online in the "Gifts" category of the store. We offer Gift Cards in predetermined dollar amounts from $5 to $50. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. The Gift Card will be sent to you via e-mail, and can be passed on to friends and family in whole or in part by e-mail as well.

These gift cards are only available for use on our online store, not in our brick-and-mortar locations.

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

You can check the balance of your Gift Card by checking your AccessoryCityOnline.com account profile.

What is your Return Policy?

AccessoryCityOnline.com gladly accepts returns of unworn items within 14 days of your order. Simply email estore@dbaccessory.com to get a Return Authorization Number and return ship label. Once we have received the merchandise we will send your choice of an identical product or a gift card equal to the cost of the returned item.

Please note, AccessoryCityOnline.com cannot accept returns of the following items:

  • tiaras
  • special occasion bags
  • earrings
  • body jewelry

What is a return authorization number and where do I get it?

The return authorization number certifies your order return. You may obtain this number through Customer Service at estore@dbaccessory.com. ONLY WITH THIS NUMBER WILL YOU BE ABLE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR MERCHANDISE.

How do I make a return or exchange?

After obtaining a return authorization number, write the number and date you received the RA number on a copy of the original invoice (there is a place for it at the bottom of the invoice). Send the merchandise and invoice in original package if possible. (We recommend that you insure the return packages. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.)

When will my credit card be refunded?

We can unfortunately only exchange your return for a similar item or for online store credit. Credit card refunds will not be given.

I received an item as a gift. How do I return or exchange it?

If you would like to return your gift, please follow the same guidelines for returning or exchanging regular merchandise. Unfortunately, we can ONLY exchange the item or give you online store credit.
